Research technician

As of September 2016 I started working as technician at the Transplant Immunology Research group of the Department of Immunology. I initially started as a technician for the Leiden Transplant Center Biobank, processing biological material from kidney transplant recipients for later scientific use. In addition, I am currently involved in the generation of human recombinant monoclonal antibodies directed against epitopes on HLA. For this project I got the chance to develop myself in FACS and ELISA techniques, amongst others.
