Research technician

I started working in April 2023 as a research technician for the tumor immunology group led by Prof. Ferry Ossendorp. I work on the health holland project that aim to develop DNA vaccines against SARS-CoV-2. In this project both in vitro and in vivo work will be used to determine the effect of the vaccines on the immune system.
I started studying at the ROC leiden(2014-2018) for biotechnician niveau 4, and after obtaining my college degree I decided to continue with a bachelor in biomedical science(2018-2022). During my studies I did a 9 month internship at the LUMC at the parasitology department in the group of Bruno Guigas, during my internship I got interested in immunology and the potentials it has. And now I got the chance to work for the Tumor immunology group exploring its potential in covid and cancer research.
